Starting a new treatment or just learning about orthodontics can be a daunting task. But not with our expert Treatment Coordinators!
Treatment coordinators introduce you to understand your needs and what we can do to help you have an Absolutely Incredible smile! From your first visit, where we apply the best technology around to examine and create your individualized care plan, to sitting with a doctor and explaining the science behind moving teeth and making smiles our team has got you covered!
Coordinators invest their time by taking courses to be well educated about orthodontics and patient care to give you a great experience and make sure you’re well informed about orthodontic therapy.
Don’t worry about the financials either! Our coordinators will walk you through insurance plans, reimbursements, payment options and our 0% financing options.
Patient Coordinators/Lab Team
The heroes who help you keep your treatment on track! Our patient coordinators are by your side to help with the discomfort of new braces, to make sure your brushing regularly, to help adjust your braces as your beautiful smile takes shape or to congratulate you when it’s time to get your braces removed! These guys will be there to cheer you on every step of the way!
Lab Team:
Every smile we help create is Absolutely Incredible because of the tireless efforts behind the scenes by our lab team. From getting your treatment started by a complete scan of your mouth to modeling and preparing your braces, or 3D printing your retainers our lab team has you covered!
Dr. Aejaaz A. Issa
Dr. Issa graduated from William Allen High School and completed his pre-dental at Lehigh University. He received his degree in General Dentistry (DMD) at the University of Pennsylvania. He Specialized in orthodontics at the Internationally renowned Eastman Dental Center at the University of Rochester, New York.
Dr. Issa is very excited about treating your family with the highest standards of care at Ai Orthodontics. He is passionate about orthodontics and has extensive experience treating both adults and children.
In addition, Dr. Issa is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, the Mid-Atlantic Society of Orthodontics, the Pennsylvania State Dental Association and the Lehigh Valley Orthodontic and Dental Society.
Outside the office, Dr. Issa and his wife, Muhaddasa, enjoy spending time with their son Sajjad, and daughter’s Zahra and Fatema. Dr. Issa also enjoys traveling, playing volleyball, and squash in his free time.
